Everything — vehicle, driver, tolls, taxes, bottled water, and child seats on request. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be there when you land — no extra charge.

Where exactly will you meet me at PVR?

Your host waits just outside the arrivals exit at Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), holding a sign with your name and our logo. Full instructions are in your confirmation email.

Is a tip expected?

Our drivers are paid a fair living wage by us — not from your tip. If our driver makes your arrival feel like a small gift, a tip is welcome. It's never expected and never charged at checkout.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your arrival. For holiday periods, book as early as possible. Same-day bookings may be available — contact us via WhatsApp to check.

Can you handle pets, surfboards, or golf clubs?

Yes — add a note in your booking. We select a vehicle with appropriate cargo space and confirm with you before your arrival.
