About the tip: our drivers are paid a fair living wage by us — not from your tip. If our driver makes your arrival feel like a small gift, a tip is welcome. It's never expected and never charged at checkout.

We monitor your flight in real time and adjust for delays. Your driver is always at the right place at the right time.
From $50, your price includes vehicle, driver, taxes, tolls, water, and child seats. The number you see is the number you pay. Tip is welcome but never expected.

After you clear customs, exit the terminal and keep walking straight toward the main doors — your host is waiting outside, not inside the arrivals hall.
Inside, you'll pass a row of people offering taxis, tours, and timeshare “help.” You don't need any of it — walk straight past them and step outside.
Don't stop at any booth or let anyone carry your bags inside the terminal; our host is just past the exit doors.
Just outside the exit, look for your host in khaki pants and a black guayabera, holding a sign with your name and our logo.
The host greets you, takes a moment to confirm the booking, and radios your driver — who's already in the staging area and arrives at the curb in under two minutes. Your bags go in. Your trip begins. During the ride, ask anything you need. Recommendations, restaurant tips, local advice — your driver is at your service.
Your driver's uniform
Embroidered shirt + khaki pants — distinctive on purpose.
A small concierge note from us.
Puerto Vallarta's arrivals corridor is full of friendly people offering rides and “free” tours. They aren't us. Keep walking past them — our host is waiting just outside the exit with your name on a sign.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta sits on the Zona Hotelera Sur / Carretera a Barra de Navidad corridor south of downtown — the same stretch of coastal road as Garza Blanca in Mismaloya — and is a separate property from the Hyatt Ziva resorts in Los Cabos or Punta Cana. A private PVR transfer covers the 22-28 km, 35-45 minute drive south, with flight tracking and meet-and-greet included.

The drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR, Lic. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz) to Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta covers roughly 22-28 km, south on the coastal highway past the Marina and Zona Romántica into the Zona Hotelera Sur corridor. Off-peak the ride is about 35-45 minutes. During high season, downtown Puerto Vallarta congestion can add 10-20 minutes. Your driver tracks your flight in real time and plans the route around live traffic, so the pickup time follows your actual landing, not the scheduled one.
| Metric | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|

| Typical time | 35-45 min | Off-peak; Zona Hotelera Sur / Mismaloya corridor |
| High-season add | +10-20 min | Downtown Puerto Vallarta congestion |
| Route | Coastal highway south | Past the Marina and Zona Romántica |
| Zone | Zona Hotelera Sur | Same corridor as Barceló, Hilton Vallarta Riviera, Garza Blanca |
Hyatt operates several separate all-inclusive resorts under the "Ziva" name in different cities, including Los Cabos and Punta Cana — this page and our transfer service cover only Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta, located south of downtown on the Zona Hotelera Sur / Carretera a Barra de Navidad corridor, the same stretch of coastal road as Garza Blanca Preserve in Mismaloya. If your itinerary lists a Hyatt Ziva in a different city, our PVR-based transfer does not apply — confirm "Puerto Vallarta" is on your reservation before booking.
Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta shares the Zona Hotelera Sur / Carretera a Barra de Navidad corridor with Barceló Puerto Vallarta and Hilton Vallarta Riviera, a few kilometers north of Garza Blanca Preserve and Hotel Mousai in Mismaloya proper. Every property on this stretch uses the same private-transfer route south from PVR, past the Marina and Zona Romántica — the exact drop-off gate is the only difference, and our driver confirms the correct security checkpoint for your resort before drop-off.
After you clear immigration and collect your bags at PVR, walk straight out the arrivals exit. Ignore the tour and timeshare desks inside the terminal — your host waits just outside, holding a sign with your name and our logo, and there is no upsell to work through. From there it is a single direct ride south to Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta. If you are travelling with a group or extra luggage, note it when you book so we assign a van, Suburban, or Sprinter with room to spare rather than a standard sedan.
Your transfer is ready whenever you are. Book in under 2 minutes — no account needed.
