Exit the arrivals terminal
After you clear customs, exit the terminal and keep walking straight toward the main doors — your host is waiting outside, not inside the arrivals hall.
Walk straight outside — past the gauntlet
Inside, you'll pass a row of people offering taxis, tours, and timeshare “help.” You don't need any of it — walk straight past them and step outside.
Don't stop at any booth or let anyone carry your bags inside the terminal; our host is just past the exit doors.
Look for the khaki + black guayabera uniform
Just outside the exit, look for your host in khaki pants and a black guayabera, holding a sign with your name and our logo.
They'll call your vehicle
The host greets you, takes a moment to confirm the booking, and radios your driver — who's already in the staging area and arrives at the curb in under two minutes. Your bags go in. Your trip begins. During the ride, ask anything you need. Recommendations, restaurant tips, local advice — your driver is at your service.
