30-60 days recommended. December 20 – January 3 is our busiest period. While we have large fleet capacity, pre-booking guarantees your preferred vehicle type and eliminates any arrival stress. Last-minute bookings (1-3 days before) are often available but not guaranteed during extreme peak dates.
No – our prices are the same year-round. You’ll pay the exact same rate on Christmas Day as you would in September. We don’t believe in surge pricing or holiday surcharges. The price you see when booking is the price you pay – no hidden fees or surprises.
No problem – we track all flights automatically. If your flight is delayed 1 hour or 6 hours, we adjust automatically at no extra charge. Your driver will be there when you land, guaranteed. You don’t need to call or notify us – our system monitors flight status in real-time.

Your driver waits as long as needed – no rush, no extra fees. During holidays, customs/immigration can take 45-90 minutes during peak arrival times (typically 12pm-4pm). Your driver monitors passenger flow and waits patiently. We’ve never charged a waiting fee, even during busiest holiday periods.
Yes, but you MUST request when booking. We have ample car seat inventory for holidays, but they’re assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. When you book your transfer, specify ages of children and we’ll reserve appropriate seats (infant, convertible, booster). Car seats are always free – just request in advance.

Contact us as soon as possible – we’re very flexible. If you decide to extend your holiday vacation or change hotels, we can usually adjust your transfer date/time with 24-48 hours notice. During extreme peak dates (Dec 23-26, Dec 30-Jan 2), earlier notice is better to guarantee availability, but we always do our best to accommodate changes.
