About the tip: our drivers are paid a fair living wage by us — not from your tip. If our driver makes your arrival feel like a small gift, a tip is welcome. It's never expected and never charged at checkout.

We monitor your flight in real time and adjust for delays. Your driver is always at the right place at the right time.
From $50, your price includes vehicle, driver, taxes, tolls, water, and child seats. The number you see is the number you pay. Tip is welcome but never expected.

After you clear customs, exit the terminal and keep walking straight toward the main doors — your host is waiting outside, not inside the arrivals hall.
Inside, you'll pass a row of people offering taxis, tours, and timeshare “help.” You don't need any of it — walk straight past them and step outside.
Don't stop at any booth or let anyone carry your bags inside the terminal; our host is just past the exit doors.
Just outside the exit, look for your host in khaki pants and a black guayabera, holding a sign with your name and our logo.
The host greets you, takes a moment to confirm the booking, and radios your driver — who's already in the staging area and arrives at the curb in under two minutes. Your bags go in. Your trip begins. During the ride, ask anything you need. Recommendations, restaurant tips, local advice — your driver is at your service.
Your driver's uniform
Embroidered shirt + khaki pants — distinctive on purpose.
A small concierge note from us.
Puerto Vallarta's arrivals corridor is full of friendly people offering rides and “free” tours. They aren't us. Keep walking past them — our host is waiting just outside the exit with your name on a sign.

Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta sits on the Nuevo Vallarta beachfront, 13-17 km north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). A private door-to-door transfer runs 22-30 minutes on Federal Highway 200, direct to your specific section — Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe, Mayan Palace, or The Estates. Flight tracking and meet-and-greet are handled for you, no shared stops.
The drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR, Lic. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz) to Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta covers roughly 13-17 km, almost entirely north on Federal Highway 200 across the Ameca River into Nayarit. Off-peak the ride is about 22-30 minutes. During high season and holiday-weekend Fridays, add 15-20 minutes for corridor traffic. Your driver tracks your flight in real time and plans the route around live traffic, so the pickup time follows your actual landing, not the scheduled one.
| Metric | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Distance | ~13-17 km | Door to door via Federal Highway 200 |
| Typical time | 22-30 min | Off-peak; specific to the Vidanta complex |
| High-season add | +15-20 min | Holiday weekends and peak Fridays |
| Route | Federal Highway 200 | North from PVR, across the Ameca River |
| State line | Jalisco → Nayarit | Seamless crossing, no checkpoint, no added time |
PVR has a single main terminal with international arrivals on the ground floor. After immigration and customs, walk straight out through the exit doors — our host is waiting immediately outside the terminal holding a sign with your name and our logo. Do not engage with the timeshare and taxi representatives inside the terminal corridor; keep walking straight out to the exterior, where your driver is stationed just past the doors.
Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta is not one hotel — it's a gated complex split into distinct branded sections, each with its own entrance and drop-off point. Tell us which one you're staying in when you book so your driver goes straight to the right gate instead of the complex's main entrance.
| Section | What sets it apart | Dedicated transfer page |
|---|---|---|
| Grand Mayan | The original all-suite tier, facing the golf course and lagoon pools. | /en/transfers-to-grand-mayan-vidanta |
| Grand Bliss | Larger suites with closer beach access than Grand Mayan. | /en/transfers-to-grand-bliss-vidanta |
| Grand Luxxe | The top all-suite tier — private terraces and dedicated concierge service. | /en/transfers-to-grand-luxxe-vidanta |
| The Estates | Freestanding villa-style residences set apart from the main towers. | /en/transfers-to-the-estates-vidanta |
| Mayan Palace | A fifth section of the same complex, with its own dedicated entrance. | /en/transfers-to-mayan-palace-vidanta |
None of that changes how the transfer works: the same private-vehicle service and the drive time above apply to every Vidanta section equally. Knowing your exact tier in advance just means your driver clears the right gate on the first try instead of routing through the shared main entrance and doubling back.
Vidanta shares the Nuevo Vallarta beachfront with Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta, and the twin Riu properties (Riu Jalisco and Riu Palace Pacífico). What sets Vidanta apart is scale and structure: where Grand Velas and Hard Rock are single all-inclusive properties, Vidanta is a multi-tier timeshare-and-resort complex spanning five branded sections on one gated footprint — the reason knowing your exact section matters more here than at a single-building resort. Like the rest of Nuevo Vallarta, none of Vidanta's sections sit behind a peninsula-style security gate the way Punta Mita does further up the coast; the complex has its own perimeter and entrance directly off Federal Highway 200.
After you clear immigration and collect your bags at PVR, walk straight out the arrivals exit. Ignore the tour and timeshare desks inside the terminal — your host waits just outside, holding a sign with your name and our logo, and there is no upsell to work through. From there it is a single direct ride to your Vidanta section. If you are travelling with a group or extra luggage, note it when you book so we assign a van, Suburban, or Sprinter with room to spare rather than a standard sedan.
Your transfer is ready whenever you are. Book in under 2 minutes — no account needed.
